On Friday, May 9th at 11 AM EST we experienced a hardware failure on our server. We have been working on restoring
service to the website since this time. We currently do not have any previous customer data or orders in our system, and we are working
on restoring as much data as possible. If you wish, you can create a new account at this time and place a new order. We will attempt to verify all new checking
accounts with previous data to insure that previous customers will not be subjected to a hold on their order.
If you placed your order AFTER approximately 5 PM EST on Thursday, May 8th - we regret that we do not have any way of restoring your order details. Payment will not be submitted
for these orders and the orders will not ship out. Another way to tell if your order has not been received is if your order ID was equal to or greater than 14814. If you
would like to check on your current order status (and verify that it was received), we have provided a form below to retrieve your current order status from our
shipping department.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and we appreciate your understanding and business.
